WHY DOES SOMEONE LACK CONFIDENCE
Lack of confidence is something many people experience in daily life.
CAUSES:-
1- It can come from various places, such as a bitter past experience where things didn't go as
planned.
2- Harsh criticism of surroundings(parents,siblings and friends) that stuck with you.
3- Habit of thinking less of ourselves than we deserve.
It's important to remember that it's okay to feel a lack of confidence. But it's also crucial to recognize that we can work on improving this. There's always room for growth and change, and the potential for transformation is within our reach.
Ways Of Improvement:-
1- Set personal goals and celebrate when you achieve them, no matter how small.
2- Talk to yourself with kindness instead of self-cursing, just like a good friend would.
3- Try to learn something new. It can be as simple as making a new recipe or as challenging as learning a new language.
4- Plan and implement exercise regularly daily to help improve your mood and energy levels.
5- Dress up and clad yourself in clothes that make you feel good about yourself. When you look good, you often feel good, too.
6—Develop positive relationships. For example, spend time with people who make you feel
positive, support your growth, and appreciate your progress.
7—Volunteer your time to help others in your surroundings and community. It can make you
feel good about yourself.
8-Another key to building confidence is learning to say 'NO' when necessary. Setting
boundaries is essential to self-care and self-respect and can help us feel more in control of our lives.
9—Carefully think and adopt what you are good at. Everyone is good at something, like writing, reading books, cooking, singing, playing musical instruments, or solving puzzles.
10—Give yourself a challenge. When you adopt and start a goal, try to figure out your pluses
and minuses and start completing that challenge with zeal and enthusiasm. After completing
the challenge, you will feel satisfied and confident.
CONCLUSION:-
You gain confidence when you see yourself positively and believe in yourself. It occurs only when you challenge yourself and succeed, even if you don't grow, but realize it's not the end of the world. Every time you step out of your comfort zone, you show that you are capable of more than you thought. Confidence builds up when you learn to trust yourself and your abilities.
